HALOJABAR.COM – “Maria” adalah lagu dari band rock asal Amerika, Blondie. Lagu ini ditulis oleh kibordis Blondie Jimmy Destri dan diproduseri oleh Craig Leon.
Diambil dari album ketujuh mereka, No Exit (1999), ini merupakan rilisan baru pertama Blondie sejak 1982. “Maria”, yang dikeluarkan sebagai single di Eropa pada 11 Januari 1999, mencapai nomor satu di Inggris; Pemuncak tangga lagu Inggris keenam Blondie.
Lagu ini juga menduduki puncak tangga lagu Yunani dan Spanyol, menjadi hit 20 besar di seluruh Eropa dan Selandia Baru.
Lagu tersebut dimasukkan ke dalam album kompilasi band tahun 2014, Greatest Hits Deluxe Redux . Kompilasi ini merupakan bagian dari set dua disk berjudul Blondie 4(0) Ever, yang mencakup Ghosts of Download, album studio kesepuluh mereka, dan menandai peringatan 40 tahun pembentukan band.
